• Using third-party payment methods is prohibited.

5. Withdrawal Policy

The following terms and conditions apply to withdrawals from 9x99:

• Minimum withdrawal amount BDT 500।
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours is completed within.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.

• If the same individual claims bonuses across multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
